The project involved the checking and proposal of foundation piling remedy works.
Great challenges were encountered where 90% of the total piling points have deviated more than the permissible requirement.

RM150 million for all phases. VED is appointed to provide a value engineering solution.
We are able to provide an estimated cost saving of more than RM3 million.

“The Treez – Jalil Residence @ Bukit Jalil comprises of luxurious condominiums built on a 2.6-acre land. This residential development is designed to be the first green residential community in southern KL. VED is appointed to provide a value engineering solution. Throughout the value engineering exercise, we are able to provide an estimated cost saving of more than RM2 million.
The design included a transfer plate with post tensioning with a thickness of 900mm.
