This residential development is designed to be the first green residential community in southern KL. VED is appointed to provide a value engineering solution. Throughout the value engineering exercise, we are able to provide an estimated cost saving of more than RM2 million.
The design included a transfer plate with post tensioning with a thickness of 900mm.
